We partner with industry-leading software companies like BCC, GMC, Satori, Solimar and Compart to produce mail that meets USPS standards and runs efficiently through our production plant. We offer list purchase, list hygiene, address standardization, postal presorting and optimization, NCOA, custom suppressions and other list services to assure mail reaches your recipients correctly, on-time and cost-effectively.
Our IT staff and lettershop work together to analyze and then postal presort for the most cost effective plan to deliver the mail to postal distribution facilities. We utilize destination entry, co-palletization, commingling and USPS Drop Shipment Management System (DSMS) to move the mail at the lowest combination of postage rates, freight and handling. And we work with the freight companies to ensure mail meets in-home dates throughout the country.
Client data is secured throughout the data life cycle - from entry into J&Q through secure FTP sites, processing on a segregated network, and web-based proofing of sign-offs on JQConnect, as well as secure storage until destruction. The entire building and production facility are protected by a card system and security cameras.
Firewalls, backup power supply systems, virtual servers, backup systems and a tested disaster recovery plan all safeguard the security and integrity of data. J&Q's security and QC procedures and standards ensure that client programs mail correctly and on schedule.

In this digital age, the prepress department is a valued component in the personalization setup process. Our operators prepare art files for offset printing, as well as the files used by IT staff to create personalized forms. They are also skilled in color management which is critical for color inkjet and digital color printers.
We have strong relationships with the USPS and industry organizations to stay on top of all postal regulations. We work closely with clients and postal experts to assure unique mail packages can mail at the lowest possible rates.
J&Q uses the USPS Confirm tracking system to track movement of the mail and monitor in-home delivery. Clients can use our web-based tool to track where mail pieces are, how many pieces have delivered and when they arrived.
